Green Horse Advisory is committed to providing a first-class training to its team. For this reason, we established the Green Horse Academy, as a twice-a-month session covering essential aspects of the renewable energy industry.

Designed to support professional growth — especially for juniors — the Green Horse Academy builds a well-rounded, high-performing team that stays current with market trends, legislation, and technology.

Furthermore, we consistently broaden our concept of sustainability, encompassing not only the environmental impact of our business and that of our clients, but also evaluating its social sustainability, with particular attention to gender parity.

The Wire Club

Gender equality has been a fundamental commitment of Green Horse Advisory since its inception. Today, nearly 40% of our partners are women and over 50% of our team is made up of talented women who bring expertise, vision, and innovation to every aspect of our work. These figures are remarkable in an industry known for its lack of diversity.

We believe gender equality is not just a principle, but a strategic driver. For this reason, Green Horse Advisory supports The W.I.R.E.D. Club, a network open to women and men who work in energy, tech, decarbonization and infrastructure, since its earliest days. The W.I.R.E.D Club – acronymous for “The Women – Innovation – Renewables – Energy – Decarbonization Club” is a project founded in Italy and primarily composed of Italian professionals, created with the aim of increasing female representation in the industry and offering opportunities for networking, visibility, and meaningful exchange among professionals in the energy, renewables and decarbonization sectors.

Sopowerful

We have chosen to partner with Sopowerful Foundation to fund numerous of their projects and assist in empowering several of the local communities they have selected.

Sopowerful focuses on applying solar energy in the areas such as Healthcare, Education, and Water Access, Food Security and is especially active in Malawi and Tanzania. With +30 projects already completed and many more in progress, they have made a significant impact.

In addition to our financial contributions, we are pleased to offer Sopowerful pro bono legal support to aid in their operations.

Agrisky – Awarded €7,500 and receiving pro bono legal and financial advisory from Green Horse, Agrisky is pioneering the integration of vertical farming with carbon and water footprint offsetting, creating scalable, sustainable solutions for food and energy systems.
Lit – We previously supported Lit in developing an AI-powered meter capable of identifying the origin of domestic energy consumption. This cutting-edge technology empowers users to monitor and reduce their electricity usage, driving smarter consumption habits.
